This project is Video Scissors. Required: FFmpeg. Video Scissors can Split Video's into multiple parts and save all the split sections in one task. The aim is to speed up Video Splitting time when compared to Applications like Microsoft Movie Maker.

The problems with missing images at the start of a cut section has been resolved.
There is now options to use various Video and Audio Codecs with access to CRF and FFmpeg Presets.
You can now Split and Encode a Video in H.264 without missing images or Audio errors.

Wow looking good. I recently made a small program to make avi files from a series of still bmp/jpeg/gif pictures using some existing code on Planet vb, but wondered how to add sound at particular spots in the video.I can add wave sound file to the start of an avi file, but I'm still trying to work out how to add sound so it starts at a specified frame in the video file (similar to the timeline placement in your own program). If you would like me to send what I have made I could send it to you? Thanks for your nice upload. I'm hoping to learn some video/sound related things from it.

With your spitting of the video file, are you using a compressed video (that was compressed with a specific codec)? or is the original video uncompressed? Also what video format have you tested it on (avi, mp4)?

Yeah!
That's interesting project but why do not use FFPLAY in place of wmp ?

Reply To Eddie.
Thanks for the comments. The project has only been tested on mp4 & compressed mp4 files but FFmpeg handles most formats.
I will try some avi, wmv, webm, mkv, vob.
