AlertError Module (Update 2)

This is a simple solution for handling and alerting errors when they occur.

Rather than hiding errors away this module uses the philosophy of alerting you to errors right where they occur, while logging errors to file in the most convenient location when in your end-users space, all automatically according to the running environment.

This module can *best pick* the log path for all running environments including when running as a compiled ActiveX component in/out of the IDE.

Updated to use common app data folder for default logging.

Afterdownloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.Virus note:All files are scanned once-a-day by Planet Source Code for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them. For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.
  3. Scan the source code with Minnow's Project Scanner

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net

Nice framework.
I just remembered the bug management tool 'EurekaLog'.

Hi and thanks for the feedback :)
I particularly dislike tools that hide errors and make it difficult to trace the source.
This is necessary when compiled but in dev I like errors to stop at the cause.
This submission is based on this idea
