ITSInventory is a utility used by the Network Administrators to inspect machines in a particular domain. The tool will list all the computers in a domain in which it is executed. The user needs to input the Login Id & Password and click on 'Get Hardware Details' to get the list of hardware of that computer connected. On wrong input of Login Id & Password, the system throws error which is handled. On the other hand, the user can Export all computers hardware details to an excel sheet in a particular designed format. For this option, the user will need to enter a Login Id & Password which will be common to all the computers connected (There is a common Login Id & Password which is assigned by Network Admin to all the computers for inspection). This functionality is achieved by clicking on 'Export All Assets' button. (Note: Asset = computers). This is a very useful tool required by the Network Admin in an organisation to inspect all the computers in a domain and make an inventory of the hardware connected in the computers in the domain. The machine on which this executed, its Computer Name is also listed in the list of computers connected to this domain. The application throws error if the user connects to itself to get the hardware details. The Hardware Details obtained are: 1. Operating System Details 2. Computer System Details 3. Computer Vendor Details 4. Harddisk Details 5. Destop Monitor Details 6. Keyboard Details 7. Processor Details

For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net
