This handy little script allows users to upload a file from their computer to your website. You may choose what file types a user can upload and the maximum file size. Upon compleation it will distplay the file's location on your website as well as give the BBCode for posting images and creating a download link in phpBB. For further security, the file is renamed with the UNIX time code in the file name to prevent users from accidentally or intentionally overwriting each other’s files. It also has a user agreement that makes the user agree to terms and conditions before uploading a file (which is nice for copyright and liability issues when anyone can just upload a file to your website, which is enforce by displaying the user’s IP in every page). Further more it will also create a TXT log file that has the UNIX time # that matches the uploaded file as the document’s name, in this file you will find the user’s IP as well s the time and date that the file was uploaded. Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. Afterdownloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.Virus note:All files are scanned once-a-day by Planet Source Code for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them. For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net
